Curling Club in Kings Cross
I just wanted to recommend Curling Club in Kings Cross something fun to do over the Xmas period 🎄for any age group.
I went with my 5 year old, husband, in-laws and our dog Ted 🐶
They've got 6 lanes and although it's plastic and not ice it works really well. The stones you push are on wheels so glide really well. They've got smaller stones for kids. It was only £48 altogether and we got 50 mins. So not bad value really.
Also it was raining when we went but it's mainly under cover so we didn't get soaked. ☔️ They've got a cosy bar and you can order food too.
Then after we had a walk through the market. Picked up a delicious chocolate cheesecake 🍫🍰
Then went to Camino also in Kings Cross for some Spanish Tapas
We didn't book but there was loads of space in the bar area which had comfy tables and loads of space plus the bar area is dog friendly (the restaurant part isn't). They have table football and it's all very relaxed so my daughter was happy.
We shared a cheese board plus ordered more cheese 🧀 you can never have enough cheese! 🤣 Calamares, ham Croquetas, Tortilla, Suckling Pig, Patatas Bravas and tomato bread. It was all delicious. Highly recommend the Sangria too.
